who have significant experience in startups, online advertising and building successful companies.
If you are too, please get in touch.
We aim to attract the best. Then we challenge, excite, develop, retain and promote them. Our firm will grow only as fast as our people do.
We follow the old golden rule: treat others as you want to be treated. This means that we are honest, fair and positive in all business dealings.
We take our clients seriously, but not ourselves. In other words, we take great pride in our work but insist on having fun while doing it!
We aim to solve problems by being structured, data-driven and rigorous in our approach. We will continue to develop new ideas to move the industry forward.
We are entrepreneurs. We don't intend to change that. As we grow, we will stick to our entrepreneurial spirit. That means being nimble, using small teams, finding new opportunities and breaking rules.
Our business is an evolving, growing organism. If we stop learning, we stop evolving. If we stop evolving, we die.
We aim to build an organization that outlasts us and we will serve our clients, make decisions and build our technology with that in mind.

I’ll tell you inconvenient truths about social media
Hate it or love it, the underdogs come out on top
BK stands for Building Kampaigns
From optimization to mossification, I'm your man
I'm the whistle blower - don't make me flag your lead
Got a problem?
I'll build an app for that
If you've got intent, I'm gonna find you!
I like lines that go up and to the right
According to the algorithm, I'm the most interesting man at Ampush
I show people ads they want to see
Betting on my CTR? Take the over.
If you don't know Ampush, now you know!
I'm trying to sequence the social graph
Yea, we can optimize that
I'd A|B test pretty much anything after two drinks
Mo' Money, Mo' Problems
I've been evangelizing Facebook's Vision since 2005
I'm the Ampush plumber, and I code on the side
I'm looking for your partnership, till death do us part
